Heroes Welcome initiative

Beeston sits within the Borough of Broxtowe and is approximately 3 miles from Nottingham City Centre.

The town itself offers a range of shops from large nationals to small independent retailers as well as a range of services and places to eat and drink. Parking is free for the first hour, with a small charge thereafter. It also has a great public transport system with frequent buses and trains (the train station is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the centre) and is very close to the M1 motorway.

Businesses within Beeston have chosen to offer their support and appreciation to the nation's heroes by being part of the Heroes Welcome scheme. Business that are taking part in the scheme are listed below but can also be identified in the town centre by the Heroes Welcome in Beeston window sticker. We are currently the first town within the East Midlands to take part in this scheme and it is a great privilege to be part of it.
